📋 Description

• Visualize problem spaces, explore user flows, and validate concepts with users in collaboration with PMs.

• Co-create shaping briefs with Product, defining UX boundaries, technical constraints, and optimal solution appetite.

• Deliver high-fidelity, production-ready designs for seamless implementation by developers.

• Craft intuitive, accessible, and performant experiences for Zivian’s platform users.

• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify interactions, edge cases, and technical feasibility.

• Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate flow, comprehension, and delight.

• Contribute to Zivian’s Design System for consistent visual and interaction patterns.

• Uphold the Shape Up Ethos by ensuring scoped delivery without drift for impactful outcomes.

• Participate in post-cycle reviews to evaluate UX effectiveness and identify iteration opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in designing for SaaS or complex web products, with a focus on healthcare, marketplaces, or regulated industries.

• Showcased portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design proficiency from user research to polished UI.

• Deep understanding of UX design principles, systems thinking, and accessibility standards.

• Proficiency in Figma (and/or similar tools) with strong component and prototyping skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and PMs on technical constraints and architecture considerations.

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Posthog) for data-informed design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design intent clearly and persuasively defend it.
