• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human Interaction Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience overseeing the complete product design process.
• Proficiency in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Understanding of UX Research principles.
• Preferred experience in financial industry, enterprise software, or B2B environments.
• Proficiency in modern interface design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, XD, Figma, InVision, and/or Axure.
• Expertise in Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with software development platforms/tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
