📋 Description

• Collaborates closely with the core product team consisting of a product manager, product designer, and engineering lead

• Demonstrates empathy towards users, comprehends their needs, issues, and objectives

• Creates solutions that strike a balance between user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations

• Assists the product manager in organizing and executing user research activities

• Utilizes prototyping to materialize solutions

• Excels in working closely with engineers in a collaborative environment

• Designs while keeping the principles of the Web in perspective

• Shares responsibility for Levellr's design system and enhances it by developing scalable components

• Keeps updated on the latest design methodologies and technologies

• Engages in rapid design iterations and feedback processes

• Designs with a holistic view in consideration

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software or digital product design

• Impressive portfolio showcasing user-centered, top-notch UX and UI work in SaaS products, particularly with dashboards and data visualization

• Proficient in both interaction and visual design

• Capable of making well-informed design choices with clear justifications

• Excellent communicator adept at explaining and defending design decisions

• Flourishes in a fast-paced, agile setting

• Keen attention to detail in interaction and visual design

• Expertise in designing with Figma

• Familiarity with tools like Notion and Linear
