• Comfortable delving into technical subjects such as APIs, SDKs, service SLAs, and developer workflows.
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and user account flows.
• Strong analytical skills to establish meaningful metrics (DevEx, adoption, SLA, efficiency) and utilize data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with best practices in developer experience and a genuine interest in enhancing productivity for creators.
• Experience with design systems within a SaaS or frontend-focused environment is advantageous.
• Strategic thinker capable of focusing on details while also considering the broader scope.
• Ability to empathize with builders—including engineers, designers, and other product team members.
