📋 Description

• Take the lead in creating digital products, marketing emails, internal communications, and digital materials that reflect our brand identity, driven by business outcomes and customer insights.

• Drive innovation in design by nurturing fresh concepts from inception to realization, in collaboration with fellow creatives.

• Cultivate a culture of constructive design feedback and continuous learning through active participation in design evaluations.

• Engage with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support strategic initiatives and important projects.

• Utilize available data and customer behavior trends to shape UX recommendations.

• Analyze customer research findings and usability studies to identify challenges and guide strategic and creative decisions, including user testing and journey mapping.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, conduct user testing, and document UX design suggestions.

• Present strategic UX recommendations confidently in various forums.

• Collaborate with the technical team to translate UI solutions into actionable technology.

• Mentor and support colleagues across departments, promoting professional development through knowledge sharing and peer learning.

• A robust portfolio showcasing experience in delivering end-to-end solutions in a complex business setting, ideally in healthcare or insurance.

• Proven track record of guiding teams and stakeholders through your vision and UX strategies.

• Strong communication skills to articulate goals and UX choices, supported by data and research.

• Ability to interpret and extend brand guidelines for creative development.

• Background in ad agency or corporate settings, with deep knowledge of digital technologies and trends.

• Demonstrated expertise in producing UX design work aligned with business goals and user requirements.

• Experience in leading user testing and prototyping activities.

• Proficiency in UX tools like Figma, AI, and UserZoom.
