• iTech AG is currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer specializing in ServiceNow capabilities.

• Key player in crafting exceptional user experiences on the ServiceNow platform.

• Develops user-friendly, accessible, and visually striking interfaces that meet user requirements and business objectives.

• Designs and implements user-centered interfaces, workflows, and solutions for ServiceNow applications.

• Collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to transform business needs into practical designs.

• Creates wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups adhering to ServiceNow's design standards and best practices.

• Conducts user research and usability testing to ensure intuitive, efficient, and accessible solutions.

• Ensures smooth integration of branding, visual design, and responsive behavior within the Now Experience framework.

• Guides developers in implementing UI components using ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and scoped applications.

• Iterates designs based on user feedback and analytics.

• Develops and maintains multi-platform style guides and design systems.

• Presents design solutions in team meetings, management sessions, and leadership forums.

• Manages Jira design tickets and maintains Confluence spaces for HCD and UX designs.

• Conducts UX activities like A/B and usability testing to gather design insights.

• Other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience.

• Proficient in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Hands-on experience in designing within the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Service Portal, App Engine Studio, and Workspace design.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Design System and platform limitations.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end code translation.

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, UX Designer) are a plus.

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucid Spark.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
