📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

• Your primary responsibility will be crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces to elevate our product experience.

• This role involves a blend of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design to deliver engaging experiences that captivate users and drive business outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify user requirements and translate them into sophisticated design solutions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to guide design decisions.

• Uphold and enhance design systems, UI style guides, and brand consistency across various platforms.

• Present and articulate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and development teams.

• Refine designs based on feedback, data analytics, and testing outcomes.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and top practices in UI/UX design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field—or demonstrate equivalent experience.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or similar roles.

• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting UX processes and UI design work spanning different platforms.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of how design integrates with development are advantageous.
