• We are seeking a skilled UX/UI designer to join our in-house design team.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Project Manager on projects involving information architecture analysis, prototyping, visual solutions creation, and project implementation oversight.
• Our team focuses on a range of industries, including Professional Services (Financial and Accounting web-only applications) and Digital Services (Human Resources, Remote & Hybrid work, Logistics and Transportation, among others).
• Proficiency in Figma, encompassing advanced knowledge of components, features, libraries, and design systems
• Familiarity with collaboration and mind mapping tools (primarily FigJam)
• Thorough understanding of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
• Experience with usability testing and analytics tools
• Understanding of WCAG guidelines
• Ability to conduct discovery and research to define project concepts and UX architecture
• Optional: Proficiency in UI animation
• Optional: Experience with code-based prototype tools like Framer or Webflow
• Alignment with team values and principles
• Capacity to independently complete tasks, make informed decisions, and be accountable for them
• Ability to provide logical reasoning for design solutions
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback following nonviolent communication principles
• Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new ideas
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proactive, positive, and taking ownership of tasks
• Compulsory portfolio showcasing strong visual cases (confidentiality respected with NDA, may present during the call)
• English proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate level (B2) due to client interactions and team communication
