• Evolve the global agency partner model to facilitate seamless collaboration and top-tier execution
• Collaborate closely with central ops to scale creative systems while upholding quality and speed
• Lead a high-performing creative team in the UK
• Cultivate a culture that encourages risk-taking, growth, and excellence
• Provide mentorship and creative guidance to regional creative teams
• Promote inclusion, collaboration, and regional empowerment within Canva's creative teams globally
• Work closely with marketing, growth, and product leaders in the UK and worldwide
• Be part of the Affinity Marketing Leadership team
• Translate business objectives into creative strategies that drive results
• Ensure alignment between global and regional teams without sacrificing local nuances
• Prioritize and manage Creative requests across all of Affinity marketing
• Minimum of 12 years in senior creative leadership roles, both in agency and in-house settings
• Demonstrated success in leading significant advertising campaigns
• Experience in mentoring and managing creative teams across multiple markets
• Deep understanding of the Pro Creative community
• Expertise in brand and performance creative across digital and traditional channels
• Impressive portfolio showcasing excellence in storytelling and advertising craftsmanship
• Strategic thinker who can link creative concepts to business outcomes
• Empathetic mentor with a collaborative, people-centric approach
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels
