• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.

• Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX development, specializing in conversational UI and AI agent interfaces.

• Demonstrate a strong portfolio highlighting expertise in rapid prototyping and user-centered design.

• Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools like ProtoPie, Framer, and InVision.

• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Prior consulting experience is highly advantageous.
