📋 Description

• Lead the UX design process for Scrum teams, ensuring user-centered products

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs to validate design solutions

• Define problems, strategies, and user-centered solutions through discovery activities

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and synthesize findings

• Translate research insights into actionable product strategies and UX recommendations

• Create various UX deliverables like journey maps, user flows, and wireframes

• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders

• Document user requirements aligning with business goals and user needs

• Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders for feedback

• Serve as a strategic advisor to enhance user experience and business operations

• Collaborate with technical teams and provide support throughout development

• Deliver UX-related training and technical documentation as needed

• Support business development activities related to UX strategy and proposals

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience in UX design

• 3-5 Years leading UI/UX design for enterprise-wide development

• Detail-oriented with strong visual aesthetics appreciation

• Ability to translate business problems into compelling UI designs

• Proficient in standard UX software and complex data systems

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in information, interaction, and visual design

• Understanding of methods to ensure solving the right problem

• Blend of technical and communication skills across UX disciplines
