UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the UX Architect and cross-functional teams to drive user experience in a critical cybersecurity setting, from research to launch

• Gather and assess user requirements with UX Architect, Product Owners, and Development Engineers

• Design, test, and refine experience concepts using modern tools

• Create mockups, animatics, and prototypes to showcase vision concepts to stakeholders

• Establish and maintain product style standards and interface elements

• Design original graphic elements to enhance user experience

• Identify and solve UX problems, ensuring a seamless experience for users

• Measure experience outcomes and base initiatives on research and analysis

• Assist in QA/QC testing of user experience changes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, Graphic Design, or related field

• Portfolio showcasing software design projects and understanding of design principles

• Knowledge of current UX trends and proficiency in design tools

• Experience with wireframe and mockup tools, front-end development, and Agile methodology

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team setting

• Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Ability to anticipate conflicts and provide solutions

• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

• Experience with Enterprise software design, front-end technologies, and complex products is a plus
