• We are in search of a Senior Experience Designer to contribute to shaping the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform. This pivotal role involves applying product design expertise throughout the Autodesk ecosystem.
• Your responsibilities will include designing and enhancing product experiences for the Autodesk Assistant and AI/ML Platform tools.
• Leading cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving efforts across various complex systems and stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
• You will be tasked with synthesizing feedback and requirements, developing new patterns and concepts, and advocating for customer-centric solutions.
• Conducting research and utilizing data to inform decision-making processes will also be part of your role.
• A comprehensive understanding of customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives is essential.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering top-tier experiences
• Strong systems thinking abilities
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of human-centered practices and activities
• Experience with various AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, and more
• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or related field
• Keeping abreast of UX and AI trends and advancements
• Experience working in platform teams or environments
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer
• Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
