UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.

• Create and prototype the User Interface for the Work Program System, emphasizing usability, responsiveness, and accessibility.

• Develop wireframes and detailed designs in Figma for the development process.

• Ensure designs conform to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

• Work closely with the Delivery Manager and technical team to ensure design alignment with business and technical needs.

• Analyze user requirements and system workflows to create an intuitive and efficient interface.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Proficient in Figma and design systems.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct usability analysis, task flow evaluations, and heuristic reviews.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

• Portfolio showcasing design projects for enterprise-level applications.

• Fluent in English (required).

• Preferred: Experience designing for large-scale, institutional systems.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (Blazor, HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience working in agile development environments and using iterative design processes.
