📋 Description

• Lead user-centered design initiatives for various digital experiences.

• Shape intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences through research, strategy, and design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align websites and applications with user needs and business goals.

• Review interaction design, copy, and visual design for usability best practices.

• Lead and analyze user research and usability testing efforts.

• Plan, facilitate, and manage usability evaluations.

• Strategize with clients and teams on task analysis and user flow completion.

• Communicate user experience issues and design principles effectively.

• Synthesize user research findings and business requirements to conceptualize user experience design.

• Assist in defining business requirements, user personas, and interpreting user goals.

• Conduct audits of existing systems and websites to provide improvement recommendations.

• Develop standards, methodologies, and processes for user experience services.

• Create content hierarchies, site maps, and navigational models aligned with business requirements.

• Collaborate with designers on visual comps from an information architecture perspective.

• Utilize problem-solving skills, writing, and presentation skills for functional specifications and content requirements.

• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in user-centered design, user research, and interaction design.

• Familiarity with Cable infrastructure.

• Experience in building and managing design systems.

• Proficiency in UX tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate research and business requirements into user flows and wireframes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, UX Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Current residency in the United States.
