UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• This is a remote position initially part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time

• Work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from home in the Eastern Standard Time zone

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms

• Utilize user research to make informed design decisions

• Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to refine design concepts

• Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and UX best practices

• Test and refine designs based on feedback and analytics

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have 1-3 years of work experience

• Demonstrated experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD

• Strong grasp of UX principles and design systems

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality

• Nice to have: Experience with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS)

• Nice to have: Familiarity with accessibility standards

• Nice to have: Skills in motion graphics or animation
