• NeueHealth is looking for a skilled Full Stack UX/Product Designer to shape our value-based care digital experiences.
• Take on the dual role of user-centered design and product management, guiding key features from concept to implementation.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks independently and contributing significantly to our product vision.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet product goals.
• Lead the design process, from concept exploration to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Transform high-level direction and user needs into clear wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
• Develop and enhance design systems and UI guidelines with the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and user needs.
• Define and oversee product features and their roadmaps.
• Craft user stories and technical tickets for the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful execution and address any challenges.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status, timelines, and potential risks.
• Minimum 5 years of UX design, product design, or related field experience.
• Proficiency in using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Impressive portfolio displaying your design process, from concept to final execution, including wireframes and prototypes.
• Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
• Ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective product solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguous requirements and proactive in driving projects forward.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile development process.
• Familiarity with MUI or similar component libraries.
• Experience in designing digital clinical tools.
