• 8+ years of experience in front-end or UX/UI engineering, focusing on user-centered applications.
• Proven track record of leading UX/UI development projects, especially in regulated industries like healthcare.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, React, or Blazor.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and validation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
• Passion for creating beautiful, functional, and inclusive user experiences.
