Senior Experience Designer, UX/UI

📋 Description

• Foster a positive team member experience

• Gather and provide feedback from colleagues, cross-functional partners, and users

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements, use cases, and user journeys

• Review Engineering work pre, during, and post-implementation to ensure top-notch customer experiences

• Implement modular interfaces using our design system to streamline complexity

• Address product challenges with a user-centric approach, balancing company objectives, design coherence, and implementation ease

• Develop design concepts, knowing when to focus on precision and when to iterate with initial sketches

• Build prototypes for testing assumptions and illustrating interactions

• Play an active role in maintaining our UI library and user interface design guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human Interaction Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or relevant field

• Over 8 years of experience leading end-to-end product design projects

• Proficient in designing for responsive web and mobile applications

• Hands-on experience with design systems

• Knowledge of UX Research methodologies

• Prior experience in financial industry, enterprise software, or B2B is a plus

• Proficiency in modern interface design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, XD, Figma, InVision, and/or Axure

• Expertise in Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop

• Familiarity with software development platforms/tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
