• Begin each workday with an 8:30AM EST standup meeting to share design insights and progress with the wider team.
• Efficiently manage your time to balance meetings and design tasks effectively.
• Act as the main design consultant and point of contact for our clients.
• Lead the creation of interactive prototypes to tackle complex design challenges.
• Enhance and expand a scalable design system tailored to the client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
• Approach problems with evidence-based solutions and develop project strategies based on research findings.
• Work closely with project teams and clients to create innovative design solutions for complex products.
• Address UX challenges and deliver UI solutions that withstand rigorous testing.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in UI and UX design.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience demonstrating a strong passion for creating user-centric experiences.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional client consulting skills, with the ability to advocate for ideas and quickly establish trust as an advisor.
• Experience collaborating with development teams to ensure designs are both feasible and enhance user experience.
• Proven ability to maintain and promote a cohesive digital product design system.
• Proficiency in designing for various platforms, including mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in design tools and techniques.
• Sound knowledge of front-end development, back-end systems, APIs, and technology.
• Familiarity with designing for accessibility and a willingness to enhance these skills.
• Comfortable building and nurturing relationships with colleagues and clients.
