• Proven experience in strategic UX work within enterprise, life sciences, or high-tech R&D sectors
• Ability to lead end-to-end human-centered design processes, collaborating with fellow designers in a modern product model
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative design research, organizing co-design workshops, and making data-driven design choices independently
• Proficiency in rapid interactive prototyping using modern design tools like Figma
• Strong grasp and application of accessibility standards in design, such as WCAG and Section 508
• Interest in responsibly integrating AI into design processes
• Excellent visual communication skills to convey design rationale effectively
• Balancing scope, speed, and quality strategically for optimal outcomes
• Collaborative, humble, and consultative mindset focused on achieving success through teamwork
• Experience in mentoring designers, service design, human-AI interactions, data visualization, or inclusive design is advantageous
