• We seek a senior-level, strategic designer comfortable in complex, regulated environments, driving meaningful impact through collaboration.
• Design challenges in this role focus on organizational efficiency, enterprise workflows, collaborative writing, and user and access management, all while exploring unique design opportunities sparked by AI.
• Act promptly as we may close this position early due to high application volume.

• Proven experience in delivering strategic and systematic UX work within enterprise, life sciences, or high-tech R&D domains.
• Ability to lead end-to-end human-centered design processes, from discovery to impact evaluation, either independently or in collaboration within a modern product operating model.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative design research independently and facilitate co-design workshops with senior stakeholders, resulting in data-informed design decisions.
• Proficient in rapid interactive prototyping using modern design tools like Figma.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of accessibility standards in design, such as WCAG and Section 508.
• Interest in responsibly leveraging AI in design processes.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale to the team and leadership.
• Ability to strategically balance scope, speed, and quality for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborative, humble, and consultative mindset focused on achieving success without ego-driven behaviors.
• Experience in mentoring designers, service design, human-AI interactions, data visualization, or inclusive design is advantageous.
