• TorkLaw, a prominent personal injury law firm, is in search of a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will lead the design of an ambitious project aimed at creating the best case management software in the industry.
• You will have a pivotal role in shaping a software application that utilizes AI, data, and an intuitive user experience to streamline case management processes.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Create seamless and captivating user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user testing.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including developers and product managers in an agile setting.
• Implement design systems, libraries, and component-based strategies to ensure consistency.
• Enhance designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both UI and UX work.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with an emphasis on detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design approaches.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design choices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
