• We are in search of a dynamic and collaborative UI/UX Designer. Your role will involve crafting seamless, refined experiences for our Angular-based web applications, Ionic-based mobile apps, and our external website.
• You will be instrumental in enhancing tools for event organizers within our managed Salesforce application. Utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), you will develop thoughtful, cohesive interfaces tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to translate customer requirements and business objectives into sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
• This position encompasses product UI/UX tasks along with design ownership of our company website, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Establish and oversee a centralized design system to harmonize UX/UI across our products and adhere to our brand standards.
• Assess and align existing applications (web, mobile, and Salesforce-native) with that system.
• Act as a design advocate and educator within the organization—establishing design best practices, standards, and fostering a culture of design thinking.
• Create and present UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Engage daily with product managers, engineers, and QA throughout the entire development process, including discovery and usability testing.
• Lead the design experience for our Salesforce-native apps, utilizing and expanding Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Ensure a responsive, accessible, and user-friendly design across all devices.
• Uphold high standards of usability, clarity, and visual coherence.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
• Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience with web and mobile apps, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Proficiency in Figma or a similar tool for design and prototyping
• Familiarity with Angular and Ionic frameworks is a plus
• Experience in designing for (or interest in learning) Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Strong understanding of usability, hierarchy, and responsive UI patterns
• Demonstrated experience in designing for accessibility (WCAG compliance, keyboard navigation, color contrast, screen reader support, etc.)
• Experience in building or managing a design system, preferably in a collaborative setting
• Comfortable working within platform or technical constraints and adjusting designs accordingly
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator in a remote-first setting
