• As a Product Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting meticulously designed user experiences across our range of applications.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product management, and developers to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in guiding product design from inception to completion through a rich portfolio showcasing intricate mobile and desktop application designs.
• Develop polished and user-friendly experiences by integrating user insights, business needs, and technical limitations.
• Rapidly create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with precise design specifications.
• Advocate for user-centric design by partnering with researchers to validate solutions with end-users.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to gather feedback and insights.
• Contribute to enhancing design processes, tools, and fostering a design-centric culture within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with product engineers to propose enhancements for products and workflows.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in web application product design.
• Showcase an online portfolio illustrating a variety of successful user-centered designs, including creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive specifications.
• Proficiency in developing software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces using web design principles and technologies.
• Experience in facilitating collaboration between developers and product managers in implementing design solutions.
• Proficient in contemporary design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting effective user research through surveys, interviews, and usability studies.
• Skilled in resolving UX challenges by creating scalable, user-friendly design solutions.
• Ability to incorporate business requirements and technical constraints into design decisions and influence business strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and design patterns.
• Sound foundation in layout and design concepts.
