• Ensure compliance with regulations and privacy considerations in user recruitment and data collection.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on shared ownership and continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience leading user research projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience and deliverables in research.
• Familiarity with research/design tools and strong organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in EdTech or Education fields.
• Master's degree in Human Factors, HCDE, Statistics, or Cognitive Psychology.
• Proficiency with various tools like Jira, Usertesting.com, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and Continuous Discovery.
