• Create UI-UX designs: Develop UI-UX designs requested by the client, ranging from simple pieces and flows to more complex solutions, ensuring visual consistency and user experience.
• Functional interpretation: Analyze, build, and understand functionalities, turning them into clear, intuitive design proposals oriented towards business.
• Collaborate with tools: Manage daily work using Jira, participate in agile dynamics, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement AI tools: Apply AI and intelligent agents tools to enhance design processes, efficiency, and output quality.
• Business interaction: Maintain direct contact with different business areas to gather requirements, validate designs, and propose improvements.
• Versatile profile: Work in all design areas, from more operational tasks to those requiring greater analytical capacity, judgment, and autonomy.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work in coordination with product, development, business teams, and other designers to ensure coherent solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Proficiency in essential UI-UX tools, with a strong focus on UI
• Solid experience in Figma for creating, managing, and evolving designs, prototypes, and shared libraries.
• Ability to build and interpret functional documents, translating business requirements into clear and usable design solutions.
• Knowledge and experience in using AI (agents) applied to design processes, optimization, and collaborative work.
• Experience working with Jira for task management, issues, and project tracking in agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work simultaneously with different areas, managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.
• Ability to interact with various business areas, understanding needs, proposing solutions, and aligning expectations.
