Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Take on a leadership role by guiding and supporting team members while maintaining excellence in individual contributions across various local markets.

• Contribute to the expansion of the internal UX team by sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

• Define interaction models, user task flows, high-fidelity mockups, and UI specifications for seamless handoff processes.

• Ensure design consistency using UI kits and systems, and establish an organized file structure for custom components within an International Team setting.

• Validate design solutions through usability testing and integrate user research insights into the design process.

• Collaborate on projects from start to finish, engage in design reviews, and effectively communicate design choices to stakeholders.

• Experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance design workflows and streamline the design-to-code transition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of design leadership experience, with expertise in UX/product design and team management.

• Demonstrate strategic design skills, problem-solving abilities, and alignment of design solutions with business goals.

• Showcase a strong portfolio of evidence-based design work in the SaaS space across web and mobile platforms.

• Proficient in Figma with advanced skills in Variables, Auto-layout, and Tokens to maintain high-performance component libraries.

• Excellent communication skills to present and gain support for design ideas from diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (C1 minimum) with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Availability for flexible working hours, with occasional afternoon/evening availability for collaboration with the US team.
