• Design UX/UI for data products: Enhance the visual design and user experience of existing dashboards in Tableau, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability.
• Design and optimize user journeys: Define and optimize user journeys related to data consumption and analytics, aligned with business needs.
• Collaboration with data and business teams: Work closely with data teams and stakeholders to transform complex analytical requirements into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
• Definition of UX best practices and standards: Contribute to the creation and evolution of UX design standards and guidelines applied to data products.
• Building the UX practice: Collaborate with the internal team to establish and consolidate the UX practice within the organization from its early stages.
• Multidisciplinary work: Integrate into a squad focused on UX, collaborating with technical, analytical, and business profiles to maximize the impact of data products.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the UX/UI industry, with a special focus on digital products and data.
• Strong experience in UX/UI Design, including research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• At least 2 years of experience working with data products, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Experience in designing and improving dashboards, especially in Tableau, optimizing the user experience and visual clarity.
• Ability to design user journeys focused on data consumption and analytics, facilitating decision-making based on information.
• High level of English (essential) to work in international environments and with global stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with data, business, and technology profiles.
