📋 Description

• Take charge of complete design projects, from initial strategy to final implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Create and present design insights and solutions that elevate product usability and brand experience.

• Collaborate with various teams to craft design briefs and convert requirements into actionable design goals.

• Generate top-notch UX/UI deliverables that meet strategic goals independently.

• Utilize user research, usability testing, and market analysis to guide design choices.

• Guide and mentor junior designers, offering advice on best practices and design guidelines.

• Uphold brand and accessibility standards for consistency across digital platforms.

• Engage in design reviews, showcasing concepts and persuading stakeholders with clear justifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 4 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.

• OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND 8 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.

• Thorough knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
