⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product/UX design, collaborating with engineering teams and managing cross-functional partners

• Proficiency in designing complex, multi-step workflows in software products and simplifying intricate processes into user-friendly experiences

• Background in designing for pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), or similar healthcare SaaS software preferred

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and critical thinking in complex systems and ambiguous scenarios

• Keen interest in AI technology, with practical experience in leveraging AI to enhance user experiences and streamline workflows

• Advanced proficiency in Claude Code or equivalent tools to develop implementation-ready designs

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities

• Skill in reconciling differing perspectives and facilitating productive discussions for optimal outcomes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
