• Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills in complex systems
• Enthusiasm for AI technology and its impact on user experiences and product development
• Proficiency in Claude Code or similar tools for implementation-ready designs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a startup mindset for agile environments
