• Strong UX and interaction design skills, particularly in simplifying complex systems
• Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and guiding diverse groups
• Proficient in Figma and FigJam, with expertise in designing within established systems
• Familiarity with responsive design, mobile platforms, and modern UX trends
• Experience contributing to design systems and adhering to guidelines
