• Administer UX certification process for member banks: Maintain an updated overview of each bank's UX status across various features and countries, from initial proposals to certified experiences, to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Evaluate and scrutinize member designs against Wero standards: Compare member workflows and user interfaces with our central UX guidelines and pattern library, pinpointing any gaps and risks, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Lead efforts to address and resolve UX deficiencies: Coordinate feedback loops, clarifications, and revisions with member banks, ensuring that agreed-upon enhancements are implemented and re-evaluated until they meet certification standards.
• Empower banks with practical resources: Contribute to guidelines, best-practice examples, checklists, instructional videos, and presentations for members, simplifying the understanding and application of our standards.
• Incorporate real-world insights into product development: Share recurring issues, lessons learned, and user feedback with EPI product and design teams, suggesting enhancements to documentation, patterns, and standards.
• Simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences: Translate UX and technical constraints into clear, accessible communications for non-design stakeholders, and escalate critical issues promptly and constructively.
• Utilize user research and data: Organize or convey user research findings (such as usability tests, post-launch feedback) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing member UX.
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional EU language is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with external partners or clients, particularly in the banking or enterprise sector.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles (UX and UI).
• Methodical approach to managing multiple concurrent workstreams (various banks, features, countries).
