📋 Description

• Create intuitive user experiences that simplify broker and brokerage operations

• Contribute to launching new products and shaping the commercial real estate sector

• Utilize AI-native design and prototyping tools to rapidly transform concepts into prototypes, enhancing productivity without compromising design expertise

• Develop and implement AI-driven experiences within our products, establishing interaction patterns for brokers and intelligent systems

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to define product vision, conduct UX research, and communicate design decisions effectively

• Produce diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to guide stakeholders through the user journey of new features and solutions

• Maintain personas for products, leveraging research insights and aligning design with intended outcomes

• Mentor a team of UX and Product Designers, fostering their integration of AI into design practices

• Participate in regular UX meetings to share insights and provide feedback

• Approach work with dedication, maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes

• Proven expertise in using AI-native tools for prototyping and idea validation, leading to enhanced outcomes

• Previous experience designing and implementing AI experiences to address customer needs

• Familiarity with SaaS products and new product introductions

• Proficiency in web technologies, platforms, and frameworks, with a focus on creating and maintaining complex systems

• Skilled in leading user research activities, design sprints, and workshops

• Fluent in Figma and adept at transitioning between ideation and prototyping phases

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to design and problem-solving

• Comfortable with ambiguity and open to challenging the status quo with innovative ideas

• Experience in a startup environment and knowledge of commercial real estate are advantageous
