UX Designer

📋 Description

• Develop user experience designs for a central digital platform.

• Establish and enhance a consistent, scalable design framework.

• Simplify complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.

• Utilize established UX techniques and design principles for lasting user experiences.

• Create interactive prototypes, primarily using Figma, for early testing and validation.

• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to optimize designs effectively.

• Clearly and persuasively communicate UX concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and relay UX concepts to relevant parties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or similar field.

• Hands-on experience with common UX methods and principles.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining design systems.

• Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze user interviews and usability tests.

• Experience in creating interactive prototypes, preferably using Figma.

• Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills.

• Structured, self-driven work approach with excellent communication abilities.

• Preferred: background in healthcare and basic programming knowledge.
