Associate, UI Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Develop production-ready components, layouts, and assets with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design work with product objectives.

• Assist in visual storytelling and contribute to the overall visual language.

• Participate in design reviews to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Support in UX tasks like wireframing and prototyping under the guidance of senior designers.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and patterns to bring innovative ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in product design (internships, personal projects, or freelance work included).

• Portfolio showcasing skills in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.

• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools.

• Ability to adapt quickly, learn from feedback, and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Passion for accessibility, usability, and high-quality design.
