Associate UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Engage in problem-solving and design to enhance user experiences and interfaces

• Create user stories, wireframes, interaction flows, mockups, and prototypes, from initial concepts to refined designs

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define features and contribute to product strategy

• Work with User Researchers to incorporate user feedback into design iterations for testing

• Participate in constructive discussions and provide feedback to team members

• Present designs for review and feedback from leadership and stakeholders

• Develop front-end designs for handoff to developers, providing ongoing QA feedback

• Design user-friendly content creation tools for internal teams and end-users

• Contribute to the design of educational tools for data interpretation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end product design

• Strong visual design skills and typography knowledge

• Expertise in interaction design and collaboration with engineers

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Notion

• Experience in designing responsive desktop and mobile interfaces

• Knowledge of digital product design in education technology or related field (preferred)

• Familiarity with designing for Accessibility and structured data (preferred)

• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (preferred)

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, data visualization, and game design (preferred)

• Formal education in Interaction Design, Communication Design, User Experience, or related field (preferred)
