📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the company's founder to influence product priorities, design choices, and implementation

• Utilize AI tools daily for prototyping, interface testing, workflow generation, and expediting product development

• Develop comprehensive product specifications and documentation to direct engineering efforts

• Contribute to user interface design and user experience with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

• Assist in product operations by troubleshooting issues, ensuring successful launches, and maintaining high quality standards

• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements for the product

• Work in conjunction with Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a product or design-related role (product, product support, UX, or similar)

• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI design/prototyping tools on a daily basis

• Strong understanding of product development processes and a curiosity for building exceptional products

• Keen eye for design and usability with experience in tools like Figma being a bonus

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases

• Technical aptitude with familiarity in tools, workflows, APIs; coding skills not mandatory

• Enthusiasm for working in a foundational role within a rapidly growing startup
