• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to drive design decisions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to transform project requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile apps.

• Must be a US Citizen with IT-II security clearance or equivalent clearance at proposal submission. (Active Secret clearance preferred.)
• Possess one of the approved 8570 Baseline Certifications: Category IAT Level II.
• Hold a degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or have relevant work experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and full-stack development.
• Showcase a strong portfolio of UX/UI design projects.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
• Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and ORM tools.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Knowledge of responsive design, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a diverse team environment.
