Mid-Level Full Stack Developer / UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Utilize user research and feedback analysis to drive design decisions

• Collaborate with diverse teams to transform project requirements into engaging user experiences

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various applications

• Establish and maintain design systems and style guides for consistent product delivery

• Conduct usability tests and refine designs based on feedback

• Present design concepts with clear rationale behind decisions

• Engage in all stages of software development, from technical design to testing

• Implement solutions using C# .NET and apply reusable design patterns

• Work closely with developers, UX designers, architects, and QA testers for integrated solutions

• Provide effort estimates and contribute to project planning

• Research and implement best practices and design patterns

• Perform assigned duties effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

• Hold IT-II security clearance or have a current NACLC at proposal submission

• Active Secret clearance is preferred

• Possess one of the approved 8570 Baseline Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and full stack development

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design projects

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools

• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, ORM tools, and relational databases

• Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team
