• Supporting our team with various tasks throughout the design process: participating in all phases of the User-Centered Design process
• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.), and design system components
• Visualizing user journeys, personas, and customer journey maps
• Organizing and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Assisting with (re)designing complex tools and dashboards
• Collaborating on the conception and facilitation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., using FigJam)
• Developing and presenting UX reports and testing results
• Creating content for presentations, webinars, online courses, and blog posts
• Supporting content creation (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks)
• Assisting with community management and organizing course programs
• Currently studying in the field of UX or media design, media management, marketing, communication or media sciences, computer science, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of User Experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools, as well as experience in video creation and editing is advantageous
• First experience with design software, especially Figma, as well as in interaction design and information architecture
• Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices, as well as current trends, apps, tools, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Outstanding team player with empathy and excellent social skills
