Praktikant UX Design

📋 Description

• Assist the team in various tasks throughout the design process:

• Contribution to all phases of the User-Centered Design process

• Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.), and design system components

• Visualization of User Journeys, Personas, and Customer Journey Maps

• Organization and execution of User Research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis

• Support in (re)designing complex tools and dashboards

• Participation in the conception and moderation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., with FigJam)

• Development and presentation of UX Reports and Testing results

• Content creation for presentations, webinars, online courses, and blog posts

• Assistance in content creation (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks)

• Support in community management and organizing course programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently studying in the field of UX or Media Design, Media Management, Marketing, Communication, Media Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of User Experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools, as well as experience in video creation and editing is advantageous

• Initial experience with design software, especially Figma, as well as in Interaction Design and Information Architecture

• Strong interest in Usability and Conversion Best Practices, as well as current trends, apps, tools, etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken

• Excellent team player with empathy and outstanding social skills
