•As a Principal UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our eClinical platform, elluminate, by leading strategic design initiatives that enhance user experiences with data-informed insights.
•Collaborate closely with various teams to define and deliver intuitive workflows that support complex clinical trial data management and analytics.
•Contribute to scaling a platform-wide design system, embedding research into product development, and mentoring peers in design best practices.
•Connect interface behavior, data modeling, and human decision-making to advocate for clarity and usability in every design decision.
•Lead UX design across elluminate, develop interactive prototypes, produce detailed design documentation, and apply design thinking principles to address complex problems in the clinical trials industry.
•Advocate for user research, collaborate with product teams, ensure quality design implementation, and mentor junior designers to enhance our UX culture.
•Stay updated on UX industry trends, share knowledge, and insights with the team.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
•7–10+ years of UX design experience with a strong track record of delivering thoughtful, data-rich product experiences.
•Expertise in designing enterprise-grade applications, collaborative skills, and experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
•Deep understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and the ability to establish, manage, and evolve design systems.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with experience in Agile development and research techniques.
•Knowledge of responsive design, mobile app design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
