• Take the lead in the design process for one or more product areas, from initial concept to final implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to identify issues and deliver top-notch UX solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and sleek UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our design system for improved consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for the user, ensuring their needs are the focal point of all design decisions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficient in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with user research, testing practices, and working in agile product teams.
• Solid grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design principles.
• Located in London or open to remote work opportunities.
