📋 Description

• Avetta's SaaS platform is responsible for supporting supply-chain safety, sustainability, and risk management in over 130 countries

• Take charge of advancing the UX design system, enhancing workflows and procedures

• Act as the advocate for usability and accessibility throughout various projects

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend Engineers to establish objectives and priorities

• Promote user-centricity through usability testing and prototyping

• Transform user insights, business objectives, and requirements into sophisticated, functional designs

• Showcase design concepts and contribute throughout the entire design process

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are compatible across different platforms and screen sizes

• Cultivate the Design System by focusing on functionality, modularity, and accessibility

• Work closely with engineering to ensure faithful execution of designs

• Communicate design suggestions across teams

• Mentor colleagues in the UX team and exchange best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• A remarkable portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, testing, and design

• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX or Product design, specializing in e-commerce, enterprise, B2B, or SaaS

• Demonstrated success in Agile/Scrum environments

• Proficient in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles

• Ability to translate design concepts into actionable Agile/Scrum tasks

• Up-to-date knowledge of design patterns, trends, and best practices

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Genuine empathy for users and a natural ability to meet their needs

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Proficiency in Figma, Maze, and other prototyping tools

• Understanding of web technologies and responsive design standards

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and AAA rules

• Knowledge of native iOS and Android user patterns

• Experience in designing diverse platforms and solutions
