• Utilize competitive insights and data-driven strategies to develop designs that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.
• Your designs should be data-informed and optimized for key metrics like conversion rates and user engagement to fuel platform growth.
• Previous design experience in real estate, property, or neighborhood platforms such as Redfin, Zillow, BatchLeads, or PropertyRadar is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design process, data-driven approach, and optimization for conversion rates.
• Strong background in designing ecommerce subscription platforms, focusing on signup funnels and conversion/retention flows.
• Proficiency in information architecture and organizing complex data into meaningful layouts.
• Experience in conducting competitive and feature gap analyses, as well as market research to drive design decisions and platform growth.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Sound knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve KPIs.
• Collaborative skills to work effectively with developers, incorporating technical constraints, user feedback, and data insights into iterative design processes.
• Familiarity with responsive design and designing for desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to justify design choices based on user feedback and performance data.
• Attention to detail, aesthetics, and visual design principles.
