Product Owner, IT, User Experience

📋 Description

• Taking on the Product Owner responsibility for core components of our platform: Admin system, Dashboard & Reporting, Userflows

• Defining and prioritizing features, Epics, and User Stories in collaboration with stakeholders

• Designing and optimizing user experiences along the Customer Journey

• Conducting user research, usability tests, and analyzing user data to validate hypotheses

• Monitoring KPIs, tracking, and deriving data-driven actions

• Ensuring clean technical implementation, quality, and performance

• Coordinating releases, deployment planning, and feature rollouts

• Contributing to product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner

• Deep understanding of UX/UI, user-centric design, and interaction design

• Technical background with knowledge of APIs, microservices, data architecture, integrations

• Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and hands-on mentality

• Fluent in German and very good English (business English)

• Interest in sustainability, climate, and CO₂ certificates is advantageous
