β’ Serve as the main point of contact for third-party research software suppliers
β’ Assist in researcher onboarding and offboarding, managing tool and software access
β’ Monitor research account balances, communicate renewal needs, and implement cost-management strategies
β’ Collaborate with researchers to distribute research opportunities to participant panels, optimizing marketing content for engagement
β’ Grow and support the participant panel through template creation, community engagement, and outreach activities
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in participant recruiting processes, providing support and guidance
β’ Generate regular reports on tool usage and participant panel activity
β’ Identify process documentation gaps, validate information, and update as needed
β’ Develop training materials for UX research processes for both researcher and non-researcher audiences
β’ Explore additional recruiting sources and user profiles to expand participant panels
β’ Contribute to long-term enablement initiatives and offer responsive support to researchers
β’ 2β4 years of professional experience or equivalent
β’ 1β3 years of relevant experience in UX research operations, marketing, or project/program management
β’ Minimum 2+ years of project management experience, ideally with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools
β’ Minimum 2+ years of experience with SharePoint authoring and persuasive writing
β’ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
β’ Excellent time management, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
β’ Self-motivated with a focus on process improvement and documentation
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
β’ Willingness to learn new tools and platforms during onboarding
β’ Must be responsive during core working hours
