• A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human Interaction Design, Digital Design, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading the end-to-end product design process.
• Proficiency in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Experience with design systems and UX Research.
• Preferred experience in the financial industry, enterprise software, or B2B field.
• Familiarity with modern interface design tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, XD, Figma, InVision, and Axure.
• Expertise in Adobe products like Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with software development platforms/tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
